Standard delivery is free on every EU order over €160. Below that, delivery starts from €5.90 to a Packeta pickup point or locker, depending on your country. The exact price for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are normally dispatched the same day from within the European Union. Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days in Austria, Germany, Romania and Slovakia, 3-7 business days in most other EU countries, and 4-8 business days in Finland, Ireland and Sweden. Every parcel is fully tracked.

Yes. You can notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you would like to return it. Our Customer Care team will guide you through the return, and your refund is processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product. For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
