Step 1 — Prepare the Area

Apply a thin, even layer of DermaGene® Slimming & Firming Conductive Gel to clean, dry skin. Use enough gel to allow the treatment head to move smoothly throughout the session, and reapply if it begins to dry.

Step 2 — Cavitation Treatment

Select cavitation mode and begin at a comfortable intensity. Treat one area at a time, approximately the size of an A4 sheet.

Move the cavitation head slowly and continuously in circular motions for up to 40 minutes per area. Never hold the treatment head in one position.

Use cavitation 1–2 times per week on the same area, leaving at least 4 days between sessions. A typical treatment course consists of 6–10 sessions per area.

Step 3 — Radiofrequency Treatment

Apply additional conductive gel if needed, then select RF mode.

Move the RF handpiece continuously across the skin using slow circular or upward motions. Continue until the area feels comfortably warm and may appear slightly pink. The treatment should never feel painful or excessively hot.

Use radiofrequency 1–2 times per week on the same area. RF may be performed after cavitation during the same session or on a separate day.

Step 4 — After the Treatment

Remove any remaining gel and apply a gentle body moisturiser if desired. Mild temporary warmth or redness may occur and should gradually settle after the session.

For the best experience:

• Drink plenty of water before and after treatment.
  
• Keep the treatment head moving continuously.
  
• Begin at a lower intensity and increase gradually.
  
• Include light movement, such as walking, in your routine.
  
• Follow a balanced lifestyle and consistent treatment schedule.
  

Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before and after cavitation. There is no need to drink exactly three litres of water; regular hydration is sufficient.

For best results, follow a structured treatment routine and allow the skin adequate recovery time between sessions.
