Step 1 — Prepare Your Skin
Apply a generous layer of conductive ultrasound gel to clean, dry skin before every treatment. The gel is essential for efficient ultrasonic energy transmission and allows the treatment head to glide comfortably across the skin. Never use the device without conductive gel.
Step 2 — Treat the Selected Area
Treat one area approximately the size of two palms (around 10 × 15 cm / 4 × 6 inches) using slow, overlapping circular movements for approximately 10 minutes.
You may treat up to four separate areas per session, with a maximum total treatment time of 40 minutes. Avoid repeatedly treating the same area within a short period.
Step 3 — Hydrate Your Body
Drink plenty of water before and after every treatment. Proper hydration helps support the body's natural metabolic and lymphatic processes following ultrasonic cavitation.
Step 4 — Keep Moving
After your session, take a 20–30 minute walk or perform light physical activity. Gentle movement helps support circulation and the body's natural elimination processes after treatment.
Step 5 — Follow a Consistent Treatment Plan
Treatment Protocols — Same Body Area
Choose your BodyContour cavitation protocol according to your experience. Frequencies apply to the same body area.
Beginner and Pro: 1 cavitation treatment per week.
Express: up to 2 cavitation treatments per week on the same area during an intensive course, only when treatment is comfortably tolerated and with recovery between sessions.
Cavitation is used in courses only. Take a break after 2–3 months before considering a new course. There is no maintenance cavitation protocol.
If you also own a compatible BodyContour RF device, maintenance consists of 1 RF treatment per month. An RF device is separate from this cavitation-only model.
Always use sufficient conductive ultrasound gel, keep the treatment head moving and follow the treatment-time limits, contraindications and safety instructions in the user manual. Individual results vary.
