Use it twice a week for quick results, but at least once a week. Treat the thighs for 20 minutes, the arms for 10 minutes and the abdomen for 15 minutes. The microcurrent and the heat will make your skin tingle and rather heavily redden, but you will also feel and see the effect. This is a powerful device!
