Warranty & Product Support

Your DermaGene® device is supported by our European customer care and service process.

If you experience a warranty-related issue, please contact us at info@mydermagene.com or use our Product Report Form. To help us assess the issue quickly, we recommend sending a short description together with a photo or video of the problem.

After reviewing your case, our team will offer the most suitable solution. Depending on the issue, we may send you the necessary replacement part, provide a replacement device, or arrange a Packeta return label so the product can be sent back to us for inspection.

If the product needs to be returned for warranty service, DermaGene® will cover the shipping cost. After receiving the product, we will either replace it immediately where applicable, or repair it and send it back to you within approximately one week.
